Berry Foaming Base is a ready-to-use liquid cleansing base designed for formulating shower gels and other body cleansing products. It combines plant-derived cleansing agents with ingredients that help improve the texture and properties of the formula. Ingredients and their roles Aqua Water is the main component of the base and acts as a solvent for the other ingredients. Potassium Cocoate Derived from coconut fatty acids, Potassium Cocoate is a soap-type cleansing agent. It helps remove impurities and excess sebum from the skin while contributing to foam formation. Potassium Oleate Potassium Oleate is the potassium salt of oleic acid. It acts as a cleansing agent and contributes to the foaming properties and texture of the base. Depending on its source, the oleic acid used to produce it may come from different vegetable oils. Decyl Glucoside Decyl Glucoside is a plant-derived non-ionic surfactant. It contributes to cleansing and foam formation while helping provide a pleasant texture to the formula. Potassium Citrate Potassium Citrate acts as a buffering and pH-regulating agent. It helps maintain a suitable pH within the formulation. Glycerin Glycerin is a humectant. It helps retain water and can contribute to reducing the feeling of dryness after cleansing. Benzyl Alcohol Benzyl Alcohol is used as a preservative in the formula. It helps protect the product against the growth of certain microorganisms.
