This privacy policy is applicable to the Berry app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Quentin Guidée & Dariouch Darimont (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

We retain data for as long as we need for the uses mentioned above.
When your personal information is no longer needed, we will either delete or anonymize it. If deletion or anonymization isn't feasible (for example, if your data is in backup archives), we will securely store and isolate it from further processing.
Please note that it is impossible to guarantee complete removal of anything from the internet. Even after deleting your account, your content may still be visible if it has been shared on other platforms or copied by others before you deleted your account.
We use technical, organizational, and physical safeguards, such as firewalls and other security technologies, to protect your data. For instance, when you enter confidential information (like login credentials or data submitted through our services), we encrypt the transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. However, as with any internet activity, there is always some risk, so we cannot guarantee 100% security of your data. If we discover a data breach compromising your personal information, we will notify you as required by law and take appropriate measures to investigate and address the vulnerability.
Our Services are intended for a general audience. As such, they are not directed or targeted toward children under 12 years of age and are not intended for use by children under 12. If we learn that we collected data through our Services from a child under 12 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you via email, through a notice posted on our services, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. By continuing to use our services after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy, you accept the changes.
By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
